What is the return policy?

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to GIZMO litter box are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to GIZMO litter box. To make use of this right, you can contact us via info@gizmo-litterbox.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. Therefore, treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, We offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on your location. During checkout, you can enter your address to view the available shipping options and associated costs.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

For Europe, if you place your order before 5 p.m. on weekdays, you will typically receive your order the next day for Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. For other European countries you can expect 3-5 days delivery time.

We do see that mail delivery is very busy right now. Because of this, it can sometimes happen that a package does arrive a little later. So keep this in mind.

After you complete your order you will receive the same day the track and trace that allows you to follow your package.

What payment methods are accepted?

Gizmo Litter Box accepts a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, iDEAL and other secure online payment options. All transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway to ensure your information is protected.

What if my item breaks during shipment or within the warranty period?

Did the item break down within the warranty period and is the item faulty? Then you are entitled to the legal warranty.

Did you receive the product incomplete or with user marks? Please report this to us within 48 hours, otherwise it will not be accepted.

Cost
Are you returning the shipment? Then the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Is your shipment incomplete? Then the additional parts will be sent completely free of charge.

Warranty
All our products are covered by the legal (manufacturer's) warranty.

What if an item is out of stock?

Please note that some items may have a longer delivery time because they are temporarily out of stock. When this is the case it is indicated, including expected delivery time, with the item. You can pre-order the item to make sure you don't miss out.

Is an item sold out? Don't worry, we often get these back in stock fairly quickly!
